Cheesy mustard bread

As hard as it is to believe, some people don’t like garlic. I know. Weirdos. I have a friend who really doesn’t like it (it has tested our friendship over the years but he is a great bloke otherwise so I have decided to overlook this character flaw) and used this as an alternative to serve him at a BBQ.

Cheesy mustard bread

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS

A baguette

3 tbls Butter

1 tsp Seeded mustard

2 tsp Grated parmesan

2 tsp Grated strong cheddar

METHOD

Mix the mustards and cheeses into the butter.

Make it just as you would garlic bread.  If you like some real bite on it, add a little bit of cayenne pepper to the butter mix.

Once all the slices are buttered, wrap in tin foil.  Heat in the oven on 180C for about 25  mins.  If you like the bread crusty,  open the foil for the last 10 mins.
